Powering the Future of Tech

The demand for technology talent is significant and growing.

By 2028, there will be 4 million computing jobs in the U.S., but our colleges and universities are only producing 19% of the graduates needed [Source].

Currently, women account for less than 20% of graduates with degrees in computer science and related disciplines [Source].

Based on foundational research on gender equality in tech, we designed our programming to improve curriculum, build community, and facilitate career access.

Our goals:

  • Increase the number of college women studying computer science and related disciplines.
  • Help them find the confidence, support, and community they need to stay in the field.
